We had some particular circumstances, and she was phenomenal in navigating all of our needs, limitations, and wants. When we first talked with Brandy, we were still exploring which state we wanted to move to. She didn't pressure us to move to Texas or make any quick decisions. She was very helpful in finding potential homes or properties, even though she knew there may never be a sale. She adapted with us as our ideas shifted from a large property to one large home with land to multiple homes on the same property. She worked with the needs of all our family members and communicated very well with everyone throughout the process. She went above and beyond to accommodate us being out of state. She did drive bys and video tours, sometimes on a drop of a dime, to make sure we didn't miss out on an opportunity simply because of not being in the area. She is very knowledgeable about property information (zoning, neighborhoods, etc.), and she is well connected. Since what we were looking for changed, we needed several recommendations and she was able to help with contractors, mortgage specialists, electricians, and more. Our search took more than 6 months, but she stayed patient and positive. We never felt pressured or that we were an inconvenience (even when we bombarded her with texts!). Our experience was outstanding, and we recommend Brandy to anyone looking to buy or sell in East Texas. She was a godsend for us, and we are sure she would be for you too.

After weeks of dealing with leasing agents who were sending me to houses that were 2 bedroom when they said they were 3, had all the bedrooms upstairs after I told them I wanted single story, sending me to high crime neighborhoods, had me showing myself the property, doing all the paperwork- in other words, doing their job- I was on the verge of tears! Then Brandy returned a call I made to her and showed me there are still good people in this world who will go out of their way to help you. When her agency didn't have exactly what I was looking for she went to one of her competitors to find me a house,she stuck with me through the paperwork untill I received keys. Her positive attitude and caring approach are becoming all too rare and I really feel like I didn't just find a real professional but a friend I can count on.I highly recommend Brandy in the search for your new home.

Five of those six realtors were excellent, so based on those experiences, generally speaking, I have a high regard for real estate agents. Despite the lofty expectations I set for Brandy, she exceeded all of my expectations. She is very knowledgeable, has excellent interpersonal skills and communicates very well. She is attentive to details, reliable and was willing to assist with every aspect of our move including recommending a moving company, which I used and with whom I was very satisfied. She also tried to find temporary housing for us because our new place would not be ready until months after we moved out of the house we sold. She helped us determine the right listing price and was very helpful in negotiating the counter offers. Her marketing strategy was excellent and we were very satisfied with the way she scheduled tours of our house. Another one of her assets is the excellent broker with whom she is affiliated, which is quite important to me. The bottom line is, it was a pleasure to work with Brandy. She made selling our house as stress-free as possible, and I would recommend her without any reservations!
